Most orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm CST are shipped out the same day, however we do not guarantee this. Our business hours are:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST.
We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of CBD. We are currently not able to ship to the following states: District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota or Wisconsin.
Return and Refund PolicyWe want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 14 days of the product received date.
